菏泽信友天润府是新中式建筑，通过现代的材料和手法修改了传统建筑中的各个元素，在此基础上进行必要的抽象和演化，以及融入西式生活流线的理念，在外貌上看不出传统建筑的原貌，在整体风格上仍然保留中式风格的神韵和精髓。在空间结构上，有意遵循了传统住宅的布局形式。更适合现代国人的居住习惯和心理需求，也让更多人感受到了用现代精神诠释后的文化回归和自省。
       新中式的立面效果：重点部位重点打造，例如门头与基座，采用石材与金属及高级涂料打造，突出简洁时尚的特性，而不失优雅比例；次要部位成本控制，主体部分采用高级涂料，在保证效果同时降低成本；细节部分适度表现，突出项目本身简洁大方的玻璃材质，恰到好处的处理转角位置。中式符号画龙点睛，在材料与细节上双重突出本案特色。

第一重“门”：入口大门—朱门挑檐，高墙深院，皇家气势, 既保持了传统的精髓，又有效的地融合了现代建筑的元素与现代设计因素，改变的传统建筑的同时，增强了小区的识别性和个性；第二重“庭”：中央景观轴—入口景观序列，中轴对称，彰显大气；第三重“巷”；景观体系：门—庭—巷—院，近人尺度—传统的巷弄空间，连接组团—自北向南连接四个组团；第四重“院坊院”：组团景观 — 每坊中央设置公共开放空间。
